Operion is being built for labs that run their own couriers. One system for the whole day — the practices, the routes, the drivers. Early access is open before launch.
The problem
Routing software solves for miles. A lab's day is decided by time and custody.
A driver who arrives after the practice locks up has wasted the trip, and the specimen inside may not keep. A late STAT is a clinical problem, not a delivery one. Every handoff has to be provable. Delivery software knows none of that — so the real work runs on a whiteboard, and the software records what someone hoped would happen.

The model
One model of the operation. Everything else reads from it.
Most lab operations run in pieces — a routing tool, a spreadsheet, a whiteboard one person can read, and a phone call to make them agree. Each piece is right. Together they never are.
That gap is not free. Every hour your software thinks one thing while the road does another, someone pays — in second trips, in missed windows, in an afternoon spent rebuilding a day that already went wrong.
Operion is being built the other way around. One model of the lab and its day — the board, the driver's phone and the permanent record all read from it instead of keeping copies. Nothing to reconcile. No gap to pay for.
Keeping one model true while a hundred things move is the hard part. How we do it is the part we are not publishing.
